We are looking for a talented and competent candidate for the position of IT Support Assistant. As an IT Support Assistant, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues encountered with hardware, software, networks, and other technology-related systems. The specific responsibilities for the role are given below:

Responsibilities:

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, routers, printers, and scanners
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to the required equipments
3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
5. Providing technical support across the company
6. Apply a continuous improvement approach to ensure the efficient management of IT assets

Job Specification

1. Bachelor’s running or completed in any relevant field of IT/ computer science
2. Practical Experience on standard software & hardware installation/maintenance and troubleshooting is a must
3. Any relevant training or certifications in IT support is preferred
4. Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Strong Knowledge in different types of Operating System and Common IT Applications
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users, understanding their issues, and providing solutions in a user-friendly manner
7. Ability to work independently with learning attitude
