Job Specification

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience: 3-5 years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, web application development (React, Laravel, PostgreSQL, REST APIs).
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and remote team environments.
• Understanding of risk and cybersecurity management.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Management: Define project scope, develop plans, track timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Scrum Master Duties: Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and remove obstacles for the team.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify and manage risks, work closely with QA teams to uphold product standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and meeting notes.
