This system helps in office automation like performing paperless electronic documentation, performing data and file sharing, providing transparent work and servicing etc. From this system online application for industry registration with uploading relevant and required documents online is done which undergoes different phases and admin assessment through following roles such as
- Creator Role – reviews the application received to check if the documents received are upto the par.
- Reviewer Role – reviews application, category, genuinity,
- Biller Role – review billable amount against payment made via bank deposit vouchers
- Approver Role – approves the application which generates temporary industry registration certificate sent through email.
