CIAA office automation system is a web based solution that automates office working process of CIAA from complaint registration to end-decision of application that might be Tameli, court decision etc. This system includes Letter registration (darta, chalani), tippani management module, paripatra module, Application Screening and Validation, SMIRITIPATRA Processing, Preliminary and Detail Investigation Management, Court Result Management, Expert advice and suggestion module, Inspection (ANUGAMAN)module/Case followup, Tameli and Multabi, Advance Reporting Module and Role based access management.

This system generally automates two major tasks i.e. Complaint Processing and Letter Processing.
