Hiring for Business Development and Communication Assistant !

Young Minds Creation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for focused, enthusiastic and passionate business development and communication assistant to join our team. They will be responsible for identifying sales leads, direct selling where required and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
  • Communicating closely with international clients through email, skype or any other platforms as required
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff and clients
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material and other documents as required
  • Ensuring business growth in target areas via phone calls

Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT, business management, marketing, or related (IT field preferred)
  • Familiarity with IT products
  • At least 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in MS Office package
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Smart personality with excellent networking skills
  • Detail oriented, resourceful and flexible
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English language, both verbal and written
