This system helps to manage the ethical review process. This web portal includes features like :

• Submission of proposals from researcher with certain numbers of questions and files.
• The proposal from researchers is reviewed by admin users and admin user assigns the reviewers which then, the assigned reviewer users review the proposals.
• Payment of the proposal and the payment to the reviewer is recorded in the system.
• Researcher, Reviewer and the admin can communicate each other through comments/ chat.
• Privacy of the reviewer is maintained so that the researcher could not get the information about the reviewer who is reviewing his proposal.
• Admin Documents can be stored in the system.
• Account user can store the payment of the proposal from researcher and also the payment made for the reviewer.
• Account user can have monthly or yearly record of income and expenditure.
• For every action of researcher reviewer and the admin there is email notification to inform the user about the action like comment, payment, change status, upload decision, etc of the proposal.
• API is also implemented so that other authorized website can access the statics of the System.
• Ethical review system for all its proposals and project recording.
